Parade lineup on North Clark St,
Horse Trailer Parking – North end of Ply Gem – Cornerstone Building Brands parking lot, 303 W. Major St., Kearney
It is Jesse James Festival time once again! We would like to extend this invitation to you to participate with us in this years’ parade.
The categories judged at the parade include Floats/Motorized, Equestrian/NonMotorized and Crowd Pleaser. Categories with winners in 1 st-3rd places will be rewarded with ribbons or plaques with the ultimate prize being given with the traveling trophy for the year. The contestant that best represents the 2026 theme will be rewarded with this trophy for the year. The parade this year will be on Saturday,
September 19th, at 10:00 am in Kearney, MO.
This years’ festivities include a demolition derby, 5K/10K run, rodeos, arts & crafts, mud volleyball and a carnival! Please check out our website jessejamesfestival.com for the exact dates of the many events for the September 2026 festival!
Enclosed is a parade application for your convenience, please return the completed application with fee to the PO Box 536, Kearney, MO 64060 address. Entries order of line-up will be placed in order by date of receipt of entry form with fee, so get your completed form with fee returned as soon as possible!
